Cancellation policy
If the client is willing to amend or cancel their booking because of whatsoever reasons such as any personal reasons including non-installment of the balance payment, the company is liable to recuperate cancellation charges from the customer.
If there should be an occurrence of unexpected weather conditions or government restrictions, the activity might be dropped and, in such cases, all cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non-refundable, other than the relinquishment of the deposit amount of the tour, further charges will be required as follows-
• 30 to 20 days before departure of the tour,50% of total tour cost.
• 19 to 10 days before departure of the tour,75% of total tour cost.
• 10 days to 1 day before the departure of the tour,100% of total tour cost.
• There will be no refund in case of the absence of the traveler.
-Accommodation on Double/Triple sharing basis as per itinerary in hotel/camps mentioned or similar. (Double share room only for couples )
