At MyTravon, we work with airlines, hotels, villas, transport providers, activity operators, and other travel partners worldwide. To ensure smooth processing of reservations and secure travel arrangements, all customers are required to comply with the following payment terms.
Booking Confirmation
A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon:
- Receipt of the applicable booking payment;
- Submission of required traveler details and documentation;
- Written confirmation from MyTravon.
All services remain subject to availability until confirmed.
Flight Payment Policy
As airline fares are dynamic and subject to immediate changes, the full flight amount must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
- Flight reservations will only be processed upon receipt of full airfare payment.
- Airfare is subject to availability and fare changes until ticket issuance.
- Once tickets have been issued, cancellations, amendments, refunds, and fare rules shall be governed solely by the respective airline's policies.
- Any cancellation charges, amendment fees, fare differences, taxes, or penalties imposed by the airline shall be borne by the traveler.
Land Package Payment Schedule
For hotels, villas, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, activities, and other ground services, the following payment schedule shall apply unless otherwise communicated:
- 100% flight amount (if applicable)
- 25% of the total land package cost
- Additional payment to bring the total package payment to 50% of the land package value
- Remaining balance payment, resulting in 100% payment of the package value
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment shall be required at the time of confirmation.
Special Payment Requirements
Certain travel products may require higher deposits or full advance payment, including but not limited to:
- Luxury villas
- Peak-season travel
- Festive departures
- Honeymoon packages
- Cruises
- Group bookings
- Special events
- Promotional or discounted offers
Such requirements shall be communicated before confirmation.
Price Validity
All quotations provided by MyTravon are subject to availability and are valid for the period specified in the quotation.
Prices may change due to:
- Airline fare revisions
- Hotel or villa rate revisions
- Currency fluctuations
- Government taxes and levies
- Fuel surcharges
- Supplier-imposed charges
No price can be guaranteed until the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
Amendments After Confirmation
Any request to modify a confirmed booking, including:
- Travel dates
- Passenger details
- Accommodation selection
- Flight preferences
- Itinerary components
may attract amendment fees in addition to supplier-imposed charges.
All amendments remain subject to availability.
Failure to Make Payment
Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in:
- Automatic cancellation of the booking;
- Release of reserved services;
- Additional rebooking costs;
- Applicable cancellation charges.
MyTravon shall not be responsible for any increase in costs arising from delayed payments.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made through:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Online Payment Gateways
Any transaction charges, bank fees, foreign exchange charges, or payment gateway fees shall be borne by the traveler unless otherwise stated.
Acceptance of Terms
Any payment made towards a booking shall constitute acceptance of:
- This Payment Policy;
- Cancellation & Refund Policy;
- Terms & Conditions of MyTravon.
Cancellation charges shall be calculated on the total booking value and not merely on the amount paid.
Fraud Prevention
MyTravon reserves the right to verify payment details, identity documents, and booking information before processing any reservation.
Bookings suspected of fraudulent activity may be declined or cancelled without liability.
