Reguest India Hospitality Solutions Private Limited (Brand: MyTravon)

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") establish a legally binding agreement between Reguest India Hospitality Solutions Private Limited ("MyTravon", "we", "us", "our") and the user ("You", "User", "Traveler", "Client").

These terms apply when you:

Access or use our website, social media, or booking platforms ("Platform").
Book any travel service including tours, hotels, activities, flights, or visa assistance.
Interact with MyTravon through any communication channel.

By proceeding with any booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue usage immediately.

1. Definitions

User / YouAny individual accessing or booking services through MyTravon.
BookingAny confirmed reservation (full or partial payment) for travel services.
ServicesAll offerings including tour packages, hotels, transport, activities, visas, and related travel arrangements.
Supplier / Service PartnerThird-party vendors (hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, etc.) responsible for delivering specific services.
QuotationA formal document or itinerary shared with you containing pricing, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, and policies. Once payment is made, the quotation becomes the final agreement.
PlatformWebsite, WhatsApp, social media, or any official booking channel of MyTravon.
Force MajeureEvents beyond control such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or political unrest.

2. Scope of Services

These T&C apply to:

A. Individual Services (Activities / Bookings)

Single services such as hotel bookings, adventure activities, or transfers.

B. Complete Tour Packages

End-to-end travel solutions including:

Hotels & accommodation.
Transport and transfers.
Sightseeing and activities.
Visa assistance.
Group or customised tours.

3. Legal Agreement & Booking

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
Booking on behalf of others means you accept responsibility for all travellers in the group.
A binding contract is formed once payment is made and confirmed by MyTravon.

4. Role of MyTravon

For Individual Bookings

MyTravon acts as a facilitator, connecting you with service providers. Supplier policies govern cancellation, refunds, and eligibility.

For Tour Packages

MyTravon acts as a tour operator, responsible for:

Itinerary planning and vendor coordination.
Execution, support, and on-ground assistance.

5. Quotation & Contract

A detailed itinerary is shared with you before booking is confirmed.
Once payment is made, the quoted terms are locked in — no unilateral changes apply.
Only written inclusions specified in the quotation are considered valid.

6. Flights Policy

Flights are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective airline.
Delays, cancellations, and baggage policies are controlled entirely by airlines.
Refunds, if any, depend on the applicable airline policy and fare type.

7. Hotels & Accommodation

MyTravon partners with hotels but does not own or operate them.
In case of unavailability, a similar or superior alternative will be provided.

8. Visa Policy

MyTravon assists in visa processing; however, approval rests solely with the relevant embassy or authority.
Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
Visa rejection does not cancel or waive tour package charges.
Traveller's responsibility: Ensuring all required documents, transit visas, and timely applications are in order. MyTravon bears no liability for visa rejections due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

9. Transport & Transfers

Transfers are arranged via verified and vetted vendors.
Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur and are beyond MyTravon's control.
Standard luggage policy applies; extra luggage may attract additional charges.
Drivers may decline unplanned stops or deviations from the agreed route.

10. Cancellation, Changes & No-Show

Cancellation charges apply as per the terms stated in your booking quotation.
Refunds are processed only after confirmation from the relevant supplier and may take 10–14 working days.

Modifications

Changes in travel date, itinerary, or traveller composition may incur additional charges.
Any price difference arising from modifications will be charged to the client.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be raised within 5 days of trip completion.
Valid proof supporting the claim is required for processing.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.

11. Traveller Responsibilities

Arrive at all departure points on time; MyTravon is not responsible for missed services due to late arrival.
Carry valid government-issued photo ID and all required travel documents throughout the trip.
Adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations at all destinations.
Provide accurate personal details (name, age, documents) at the time of booking.
Important: Incorrect details may result in booking issues, visa rejection, or denial of travel. MyTravon will not be liable for such consequences.

12. Limitation of Liability

MyTravon will not be responsible for indirect losses such as missed connecting flights or additional hotel stays due to delays.
Personal expenses arising from delays caused by third parties or force majeure events are the traveller's responsibility.
MyTravon is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
In all cases, MyTravon's maximum liability is limited to the total booking amount paid by the traveller.

13. Data & Privacy

Personal information is shared only with service providers strictly for booking execution purposes.
Your data will not be sold or shared for commercial purposes without your consent.
By booking, you consent to receiving updates via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. You may opt out at any time.
MyTravon employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MyTravon harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from violation of these terms.
This includes claims arising from the provision of incorrect information or misuse of our services.

15. Intellectual Property

All brand content — including logo, design, website, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of MyTravon World LLP.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any MyTravon content is strictly prohibited.

16. Tax & Invoice Policy

GST is applicable as per prevailing Indian tax law.
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) applies for international travel bookings as per government regulations.
A tax invoice will be shared after booking confirmation; additional tax documents are available upon request.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
MyTravon reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You have read and accepted all Terms & Conditions.
You understand all policies including payments, cancellation, and visa procedures.
You agree to comply with all rules set out herein.
